A retro-inspired brawler, O$P$ (a.k.a Owe Money Pay Money) is chock-full of pop culture references, puns, innuendos, and one heckuva groovy 8-bit soundtrack! There's even a cyborg Hitler, and a rodent Trump for crying out loud! Incidentally, this free side-scroller was made in Singapore by a rabble of first-time developers.

Playable on PC only. We recommend the 64-bit version. Sorry Mac users... budget ran out to make one in your format.
